Shipping

MyCareerSorter.com primarily utilizes the United States Postal Service for shipment of all of our tangible products.

Tracking information for your product will be sent with the product processing updates and can be found in your MyCareerSorter.com store account profile.

Returns

All products, with the exception of e-manuals / e-books, come with a 30-day return policy. Customers will be given either a store credit or a refund based upon the customers request.

Return postage and handling is at the expense of the customer. MyCareerSorter.com will not reimburse customer for the cost of return shipping.

Product must be in original condition and contain all components, parts, and instruction manuals. If it is found that a returned product is missing any items, then the product will be returned to the customer and no refund / credit will be issued.
