You can use this form to remove your MCS Career Portal account. Once you successfully complete the form all data and documents pertaining to your MCS Portal account will be immediately removed from our server. If, at any time, you wish to resume usage of the MCS Career Portal, you will have to create a new account. Please note that if you are a bulk-license administrator all subaccounts and associated data will be removed. Subaccount superviors assigned to bulk-license administrators will be converted into expired individual accounts.

NOTE: Manual account removal is only necessary if you wish to have all of your information removed from our system prior to our automated account purging. We will maintain your account and documents in an "inactive" status for 6-months after your Active Account Period has expired. After which, your account will be automatically purged.

IMPORTANT: Removed accounts will not be eligible for refunds. Please reference our Refund Policy concerning removed accounts if you wish to obtain a refund prior to removal.
